Your IT professional will need to download the following guide by clicking here: EzDent4 DB & Fileserver backup documentation in order to prepare for a successful move or backup. Simply follow the guide to first determine where the data base and file server files* are located, and then what steps must occur before backup or move can occur* as outlined in the guide.
