EasyDent4 has a tab named “Database” Click that tab and select patient. A new window will open with separate tabs for Patient Management. There you can search for the patient using either the Chart ID or name. Once you have found the patient in question, please click Modify and edit their information.

Note: You will be promoted for the admin password. If you do not have this information you can contact Vatech Support via E-mail (CS@Vatechamerica.com) include the Serial number, practice name and call back number in your e-mail requesting the user name and password for the admin account Please note that this should be only given to the office manager or primary representative for the practice owner due to HIPAA.
